In-Person Event

In this workshop, learn about one of the oldest photographic processes in the world: cyanotype. Cyanotype is a printing process that was invented in the 19th century by Sir John Herschel. The process involves using a solution of iron salts and a photosensitive compound to create a blueprint-like image.

Join cyanotype enthusiast John Hagen in this workshop and create your own print. This workshop is a great way to learn a new skill, express creativity and connect with other individuals interested in photography and art. Materials provided. Free; registration required.

Vital + Creative classes are materials-based explorations for ages 55+.
