Some of the most notable members of Alaska’s Black community are buried in downtown Anchorage in a cemetery established by President Woodrow Wilson in 1915.

Join community historians Cal Williams, Darrel Hess and others for a Black history tour of Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery and compelling stories that will never die. Capacity is limited. Free. Registration required.
