This year is the centennial of the completion of the Alaska Railroad. To celebrate, the Anchorage Museum is hosting a bike tour that will begin at the museum, head down to the Railroad Depot and continue along Ship Creek Trail. Joining us will be Senior Curator of Alaska History and Indigenous Cultures Aaron Leggett, who also served as a youth tour guide on the railroad. 

Free. Tour begins at the Anchorage Museum and covers 4-8 miles; may not be suitable for all riders. Meet at 5 p.m; ride begins at 5:30 p.m. rain or shine. In partnership with Bike Anchorage.
