Cool nights. Curated.

Join us for the return of Museum After Dark, an evening of live music, fun activities, and cool cocktails. We’re offering special experiences you can only get at the Anchorage Museum. Watch models flaunt luxe Indigenous outfits at the live Far North Fashion Show, hosted by Arctic Encounter. Enjoy fresh libations at one of our cash bars. Explore the Discovery Center with special science demos. Entertain your brain at a science talk. Hear live music or jump the karaoke stage in the Pass the Mic experience.

$40; 21+ with valid ID. Museum members receive a 10% discount and access to a members-only bar.

EXPERIENCES AND SPACES 

ATRIUM
Stop by the atrium at 7 p.m. for an Indigenous fashion show hosted by Arctic Encounter. Stick around after models strut down the catwalk, and enjoy our dance party.

ARTLAB
Museum members get exclusive access to a members-only bar, as well as activities only available in the member lounge.

AUDITORIUM
PechaKucha Nights are informal, fun gatherings where creative people share their ideas, works and thoughts in 20 images every 20 seconds.

COLAB
Entice your inner artist with creative activities and projects in this collaborative space.

DISCOVERY CENTER
Sit in on a science demo! Museum staff will be standing by offering animal science labs where you can meet starfish, reptiles, and more.

FOOD & DRINK
Thirsty? With three bars located around the museum, you’ll never have to search far for a drink. Fill up on some grub from the Muse Kiosk, or take a trip outside to the food trucks on 7th Avenue.

PASS THE MIC
Rock on, and rock out in the Pass the Mic experience. The live stage will feature two different performers throughout the night.

PLANETARIUM
Want to go on a visual adventure? The Planetarium will be playing an array of films throughout the night. Make sure you get your (free!) entry ticket at the front desk.
