Learn about growing mushrooms for the kitchen or your medicine cabinet. In this hands-on class, Far North Fungi will give a presentation on the role of fungi in nature, as well as their diversity and farming history.
Learn more about their journey in mushroom farming, and where they see the industry heading. Then, in a mobile “lab” set-up, create a mushroom kit to take home. Registration required.
