Pruning is an important skill for anyone living in a yard with woody plants. Proper pruning can enhance the desired growth habit (shape), reduce branch breaking and repair the pruning job done by moose.
This class will discuss and demonstrate the key areas to know how, when, and where to make the cuts that will not unduly stress you or the plant. A collaboration between the Anchorage Museum and the UAF Cooperative Extension Service.
