Learn how to safely choose your fishing spot, bait hooks, cast your line and learn with other beginners how to harvest fish in summer. Catching fish is likely but never guaranteed; participants can take home any fish caught. Participants should have a current Alaska Fishing License.
Some fishing poles, hooks, and lures provided for participants to share but anyone with access to this equipment is encouraged to bring their own. Space is limited, registration required; contact us for waitlist. Free.
