In this hands-on workshop, participants will create their own sheared beaver headband while learning foundational Yup’ik sewing techniques. Open to individuals displaced by Typhoon Halong and currently living in Anchorage.
This class offers a supportive space to connect with culture, creativity and community through making. No prior sewing experience required; all materials are provided.
