In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, America250-Alaska is planning a seven-day “Week of Dreams” tour celebrating the storied history of baseball in Alaska. This statewide initiative uses the national milestone to spotlight a unique chapter in Alaska’s past while looking ahead, highlighting the need for improved recreational facilities and encouraging investment in historic, cultural, and educational resources that support youth through sports.
