UAA/APU Consortium Library's 50th Anniversary Celebration featuring Poet Jane Hirshfield

To celebrate UAA/APU Consortium Library’s 50th anniversary, Alaska Quarterly Review and the Anchorage Museum join the library to host award-winning writer Jane Hirshfield for a very special evening of poetry and conversation. Jane Hirshfield is the author of ten collections of poetry, including forthcoming new and selected poems, THE ASKING. Book signing to follow.

Registration is not required. Please use the 7th Ave Special Event entrance for this after-hours event. Due to construction at the Federal Building, Seventh Avenue will be closed to through traffic through early October with museum parking garage access and pedestrian drop-off only via Seventh Avenue and C Street. Seventh Avenue will not be accessible from A Street during this time, and no private parking will be available along Sixth Avenue.
