Join Ashley Young for an introduction to the history and visual language of Northwest Coast formline design. Using guided, step-by-step instruction, participants will create their own raven head design while learning about the shapes, forms, and techniques that make formline art distinctive. After drawing, students will bring their artwork to life using watercolor pencils.
