Cooking for Brain Health

Research shows that some nutrients are especially helpful in increasing brain health and reducing the effects of aging on cognitive ability. Though genetics play a role in ongoing brain health, you also have the ability to affect your brainʼs health span with your diet.

In this class, you will learn how to easily include foods with brain-helpful nutrients in your daily diet. In partnership between UAF Cooperative Extension Service and Seed Lab.

$5 Materials fee. Scholarships available upon request.
