The longest day of the year is full of energy. Join us at the museum for solar science, hands-on activities, food, yoga and music. Half-price museum admission for indoor activities. In case of rain, Yoga and Party on the Lawn will move indoors and be included with half-price admission.
Yoga on the Lawn: 108 Sun Salutations

Celebrate the sun and stretch your yoga practice with 108 sun salutations. Jump in at any time, bring your own mat. Free.
Elemental: Fire and Water

Elemental: Fire and Water is a contemporary and science-based look at the classical elements of earth, air, water, fire, and spirit. Join us as we celebrate Summer Solstice and explore the properties of water and fire. Expand your knowledge of these powerful elements through hands-on experiments, creative art activities and conversations with local experts during this evening’s program – tailored for adults. Party on the Lawn: DJ Cross

Revel in the energy of the sun with a party on the Museum’s lawn. Purchase food at the food trucks stationed on the lawn and dance to your favorite beats with DJ Cross – no shoes required.
