Trashion Show Guidelines

We suggest that all outfits should be made of approximately 80% recycled, repurposed, thrifted, or discarded items. Paints, dyes, and notions like thread, glue, or safety pins are allowed in moderation. Outfits must be wearable and secure enough to be walked down the runway. Please make sure that your outfit is clean and safe for the model to wear (i.e. free of food waste and sharp edges).

To ensure the outfit fits your model, we recommend modeling your own garment or asking family, friends, or coworkers to model for you.  

All outfits must be completed before the event starts as there will not be time to work on the outfit at the event.
