2025 Governor's Arts and Humanities Awards
6 p.m. October 28, 2025
Anchorage Museum
The Governor’s Arts and Humanities Awards celebrate individuals, organizations, and institutions making meaningful contributions to Alaska’s cultural and civic life through the arts and humanities.
Each year, the public is invited to nominate individuals, organizations, or institutions whose contributions reflect excellence, impact, and a lasting commitment to cultural and civic life in Alaska. Nominations are reviewed by a panel of representatives from the Alaska State Council on the Arts, the Alaska Humanities Forum, and the Office of the Governor.
Join us in honoring this year’s award recipients during a night of celebration, storytelling, and shared recognition of those shaping Alaska’s cultural landscape.
This event is presented by the Alaska Humanities Forum, Alaska State Council on the Arts, Alaska Arts and Culture Foundation, and the Anchorage Museum.
