ANCHORAGE MUSEUM CAMPS & WORKSHOPS
Designed to foster imagination and experimentation in art, science and technology, children ages 7 to 11 learn, play and create through exploring museum objects and resources under the guidance of trained educators. Camps and workshops return to the Anchorage Museum for in-person small group, hands-on learning.

Spring break workshop registration is now open. Starting from March 14, explore and learn through activities here Anchorage Museum. All four days will center around the theme of Alaskan Identity and discovering where we belong in the Last Frontier. Sign up for any or all days that interest you.

Spring Break Workshops: Home
9 a.m. to noon. Tuesday, Mar. 14, Art Lab
What makes up an Alaskan home? What does home mean to you? Discover what makes where you live special and dive into inventive engineering to spruce up your house. $40, 10% off for museum members.

Spring Break Workshops: Sound & Motion
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, Art Lab
Learn how to express yourself through music and dance. In this day-long workshop, learn what makes up sound, motion, and movement and how they play roles in our lives. Come to understand how this has impacted Iñupiaq culture through learning fundamentals of Iñupiaq drum, and dancing an Iñupiaq motion dance. $60, 10% off for museum members.
Spring Break Workshops: Zine Making

Find yourself through zine creation! In this workshop, spend the day creating your very own personal magazine and learn how to develop your own unique artistic style of expression and self-discovery with simple tools you can find around the house. $60, 10% off for museum members.
Spring Break Workshops: Transportation and Innovation
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, March 17, Art Lab
On this last day of spring break, discover the methods in which Alaskans navigate the winter. Explore the gallery spaces to observe and learn more about methods used in the past and present-day in navigating the Alaskan terrain. Then, develop your own method of navigating snow and ice. $60, 10% off for museum members.
