Muse, operated by Crush Bistro, offers grab-and-go or fast-order fare with an emphasis on local cuisine in the restaurant space along with hot and cold beverages, snacks and light bites in its cafe counter located in the museum atrium. 

Food and beverage services, including beer and wine, are available in the restaurant 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday with atrium cafe counter service 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday and noon to 6 p .m. Sundays. Muse restaurant offers beer and wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and small bites in Muse from 6 to 9 p.m. First Fridays.

The new market-style approach means diners will order and purchase food at a counter and seat themselves at tables in the restaurant or on the restaurant’s outdoor patio. Muse by Crush Bistro also offers a full coffee and espresso bar.

Anchorage Museum members receive 10% discount at Muse restaurant and atrium coffee counter.
