Bethlehem Shalom
Bethlehem Shalom is an artist and musician from Anchorage, Alaska. Working across a variety of media including textiles, design, animation, painting and assemblage, Shalom derives inspiration from thrifting and reimagining the life cycle and purpose of vintage garments and textiles. Influenced by 60s mod style, as well as generations of sewers in her own family, Shalom creates imaginative and playful designs for sale as well as stage wear for performances.
