THE ANCHORAGE MUSEUM AND SEED LAB ARE CLOSED IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
In light of government and health authority directives to limit the spread of coronavirus and to safeguard the health and safety of our community, we have made the difficult decision to extend closure as the situation develops. All museum events—tours, lectures, performances, etc.—will remain on hiatus until changes in government and health guidelines, recommendations, and mandates.
While we are closed, follow us on Facebook and Instagram —we’re sharing videos, interviews, art news, educational activities and more to keep you connected. And soon, all this and more will be on our website under Anchorage Museum from Home.
We recognize that the situation is dynamic—and that the repercussions of the virus could be felt for some time. If you would like to continue to help support the Anchorage Museum’s efforts to connect to our communities while we are closed, we would be most appreciative. Please click here to make a donation.
If you have a ticket to the museum or for a canceled event, please consider donating your ticket to the museum during this difficult time.
Staff is continuing to work remotely and can still be reached via email.
We are monitoring the evolving situation closely and will announce any further program or operational changes through our regular channels, including our website and social media.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work together to help our community stay safe and healthy.
We rely on support from our community and you. Please consider making a donation to support the museum during this difficult time.
