Evie's Brinery founder Evie Witten shared now to make sauerkraut, kimchi and other fermented delights using Alaska Grown vegetables. Learn how to incorporate fermented vegetables into easy and delicious meals. Follow along in your own kitchen or simply watch, listen and review the recorded webcast on your own schedule later.
