Explore how to incorporate garden herbs into delicious drinks with bartender and cocktail enthusiast Matt Iverson. Discussion includes herb varieties and their properties, different methods of flavor infusion and how to make some signature beverages. Time allowing, Matt will also talk about some of the wild, foraged plants that make good beverage infusion.
