Cooking from scratch starts with your pantry staples. Join Jess Young from South Restaurant + Coffeehouse for Saturday brunch and dive into your cupboards to make a hearty Alaska meal. Learn how to make sourdough biscuits, caribou sausage gravy, with suggested pairings. Don’t have caribou sausage or eat meat? No problem! Substitutions will be suggested, as well as ways to use up the items in your pantry and freezer.
As we are hunkered down, we offer these easy, tasty, stay-at-home brunch ideas. Registration required; class video instructions and ingredients list included in confirmation email upon registration. $10, members receive 10% discount.
