Learn about traditional Alaska foodways and get spring harvest recipes from Amy Foote, Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium area executive chef, and Melissa Chlupach, MS RD LD, University of Alaska Dietetics & Nutrition assistant professor. In addition to exploring the histories and contexts of the traditional foodways movement, Chef Foote will share safe and delicious practices for harvesting and preparing fiddlehead ferns. $25, members receive 10 percent discount.
