This intensive introductory course combines focused workshops with dynamic talks and networking opportunities. Designed for emerging professionals in the creative sector, participants receive mentorship and support, including CV development. Learn about the key skills of arts, cultural management and new creative fields, and get insight into personal experiences of success from lead facilitators Julie Decker, Anchorage Museum director and CEO; Hollis Mickey, Anchorage Museum director of learning and engagement; Gretchen Fauske, associate director at University of Alaska Center for Economic Development; Katherine Jernstrom, co-founder and CEO of The Boardroom and managing partner, Alyeska Venture Management; and Leah Boltz, co-founder, Parks for All. $45, registration required.
