ANCHORAGE MUSEUM SUMMER CAMPS AT HOME
Sign up for week-long programs that encourage kids to think about art, science, history and culture with daily virtual meetings and hands-on, screen-free activities. All camps come with an activity kit that can be picked up prior to the camp week. Adult assistance needed for some activities and may be required for younger children. Camps are best for children ages 7-12.

MAKE IT: COLAB AT HOME
10-11 a.m. June 7-11, 2021. Online. $60, members $54.
Bring home the Anchorage Museum’s CoLab and engage your creative side with fun, hands-on projects. Learn new skills as you create a different project each day, including a macramé plant hanger and fruit-inspired pom-poms.
EXPLORE IT: RENEWABLE ENERGY AT HOME
10-11 a.m. June 21-25, 2021. Online. $60, members $54.
Create a working model of a wind turbine using hydraulics, circuitry and aerodynamics. Build engineering skills and learn about climate change and renewable energy through different daily topics and hands-on activities.
CREATE IT: ART OF THE NORTH AT HOME
10-11 a.m. July 12-16, 2021. Online. $60, members $54.
Be inspired by the Anchorage Museum’s collections and have fun with art projects like weaving and paper crafts. Go on a neighborhood art scavenger hunt, and make your own portable art kit for creating on the go.
