Anchorage Museum switches to winter hours Monday
Next week the Anchorage Museum returns to its winter schedule. Starting Monday, Sept. 12, museum hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, noon to 6 p.m. Sundays, closed Mondays. Winter hours are in effect until May 12.
Sept. 12 also marks a switch to the museum’s fall planetarium schedule. The planetarium will offer five shows on Saturdays and Sundays until Dec. 31, including science and astronomy shows for families and Pink Floyd shows for adults. For a detailed schedule, visit www.anchoragemuseum.org.
