Description: Zoom! Planes Trains & Automobiles is the exhibit catalog for the show of the same name which is on display at the Anchorage Museum of History and Art through May 2007.This exhibition is an annual event and is used to teach children about key concepts in contemporary art through looking at high-quality work by professional artists in a setting that encourages enjoyment and learning.Many things move us from place to place, from animals to scooters, bikes, hot-air balloons, and rockets. The ingenuity of humans in devising new and fantastic means of transport will be clearly evident in this exhibition, in addition to artistic explorations into the more practical aspects of getting from here to there.
