Summer camps have come a long way from pipe-cleaner crafts around the campfire. Robotics. Fine art printmaking. Aviation. Fizzy laboratory experiments. Whatever your child’s latest interest, there’s an exciting Explorer Camp to match.
For the second year in a row, Nickelodeon’s Parents Picks named the Anchorage Museum’s Imaginarium Explorer Camps as Best Day Camp in Anchorage.
These weeklong day camps for children and teenagers promise seven weeks of discovery and fun. Camps are taught by certified teachers or professional educators and camps are accredited by the American Camp Association, ensuring quality and safety.
This year, camp offerings have expanded beyond science to include the arts and history, with topics such as archaeology and storytelling. Of course, the beloved science and technology camps have returned, including several more challenging robotics camps.
CAMP REGISTRATION STARTS APRIL 1.
