2023 Anchorage Museum Gala: Upcycled

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2023 Anchorage Museum Gala event. It was an inspiring night of fun and fundraising as we celebrated creative sustainability. 
 
The art of giving well-used items new life was 2023's gala theme. From event decor to food, we celebrated our love of all things local and reveled in renewability in this distinctly elegant eco-friendly event.

The event featured creative food and drink by Crush Bistro, plus a wine tasting by La Bodega. Anchorage artist James Temte created a painting during the evening, which was auctioned off at the end of the night. Attendees bid on silent and live auction items, including original artwork and prints by Ted Kim. And we danced at the Upcycled After-Party in Muse.

The museum gala is the Anchorage Museum’s biggest fundraiser of the year, with proceeds supporting the museum’s work toward being a place for Northern imagination, resilience, equity and community.

We exceeded our goal of raising $100,000 for your museum and its programming. We’re so grateful for you and your generosity.
