Kinneen discusses Alaska’s indigenous and contemporary food culture. Kinneen’s
resume includes Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA restaurant in New Orleans; Seven Glaciers
in Girdwood; and ORSO and Sack’s Café in Anchorage. He is working on a
documentary exploring Alaska regional cuisine as it relates to Alaska Native
identity, and is developing Harvest49, a line of Alaska-made sauces. Free.
