Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to the ongoing activities of the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. Volunteers can train to be docents or tour guides for the permanent collection galleries or temporary exhibitions. They can assist with education programs, special events, or work in collections, exhibitions, or the archives. The Anchorage Museum Association uses volunteers to work in the Anchorage Museum Shop, to organize social and fundraising events, and to assist with membership activities.
Volunteers are always welcome at the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center.
